Green Rooibos is light-bodied, with subtle sweetness. It blends well with other flavors, especially fruity ones. This blend combines blueberries, cranberries, hibiscus, rosehips and raspberry leaves with green rooibos. In addition to being beautiful and fragrant, it is naturally caffeine-free and contains loads of healthy antioxidants. It makes an excellent iced fruit tea, which is a summer favorite, but it’s also delicious served hot.

Tasting Notes: The aroma and flavor have plenty of sweet blueberry, mixed with floral notes. The fragrance is candy-like, but the flavor is just lightly sweet. Subtle green rooibos is more evident in the flavor, and combines well with the fruity blend. Small amounts of sweetener seem to be magnified by it, but we found a little sugar, or other sweetener, to be a very rewarding addition.
Origin: South Africa (Rooibos). Blended in the US.
How to prepare it: Steep 1-1/2 to 2 tsp. per cup, at 212 degrees, for 5 minutes.
