Tasting Notes: The aroma is like sweet jasmine perfume. The flavor is sweet and floral, but also light and soft, with vegetal notes of premium green tea. Overall, it is intensely scented, but delicate on the palate. This is an exquisite example of the Jasmine Pearl type that has gained popularity in recent years.
Origin: Fujian Province, China
How to prepare it: Steep 1 tsp. per cup at 190 degrees for 2 minutes. Good for multiple steepings.
